Rates are determined by the length of the slip.
All rentals require a lease. An additional $1200 per year live-aboard fee will be accessed, if applicable.

Transient rates include wireless internet and pool access for a limited number of people per vessel
(One person per 10 feet of the boat size)
Transient reservations may require a non-refundable deposit.
Forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice is required or one (1) night stay will be charged.
Transient customers are entitled to a fuel discount.
