RATES 35 ft .....$3,930/yr 60 ft .....$7,240/yr 40 ft .....$4,300/yr 65 ft .....$7,530/yr 45 ft .....$4,680/yr 70 ft .....$7,820/yr 50 ft .....$5,060/yr 80 ft .....$8,400/yr 55 ft .....$5,430/yr 90 ft .....$9,450/yr Accommodations for vessels up to 200 ft.

Rates are determined by the length of the slip. All rentals require a lease. An additional $1200 per year live-aboard fee will be accessed, if applicable.

TRANSIENT RATES (April 1 - October 31) Transient Dock & Dine: $20.00/2 hours Transient rental/monthly package: $25/ft/slip or boat size, whichever is larger Transient rental (Mon-Thur): $2.00/ft/day Transient rental (Fri, Sat, & Holidays): $2.50/ft/day Dockside utilities - 30 & 50 amp plus cable TV & Wireless Internet: $18/day Dockside utilities - 100 amp & cable   Single Phase: $40.00/day 3 Phase: $60.00/day Transient rates include wireless internet and pool access for a limited number of people per vessel (One person per 10 feet of the boat size) Transient reservations may require a non-refundable deposit. Forty-eight (48) hour cancellation notice is required or one (1) night stay will be charged. Transient customers are entitled to a fuel discount.
